The Challenge

Plukka is an award-winning jewelry retailer worn by the likes of Lady Gaga and Pharrell Williams. Our mission was to help them make sense of the data they were collecting on their website in order to make the right decisions on what to optimize and where to allocate resources based on what's working and what's not.

How Cogney Helped

Plukka already had Google Analytics installed on their website but wasn't using it to its fullest extent. We got them in the drivers seat and up to speed with a four phase analytics setup.

  1. An audit to assess what was being tracked, the quality of that data, and what metrics they should be tracking
  2. We wrote the tracking code and worked with their development team on quality assurance
  3. Now that the data was flowing correctly, we set up instrumentation including dashboards, funnel visualizations, segmentation, alerts, and more
  4. We trained Plukka's team on how to interpret the reports and slice and dice the data to their needs
