The Challenge operates 19 localized job search websites in 6 major languages. "We help people find jobs" boasts their no-nonsense slogan. To ensure that their millions of job listings feature prominently when people start their job search at Google, came to us for help growing organic search traffic as well as setting up advanced analytics on their global network of websites.

How Cogney Helped

We started with an audit of focusing on technical search engine optimization (SEO) and wrote a strategy that they followed as part of a planned site redesign.

At the same time, since already had Google Analytics installed but not fully tracking as much as they wished, we performed an analytics audit to assess the quality of their existing data and new metrics that should be tracked. We then wrote tracking code, set up dashboards, segments, and alerts, plus provided training on how best to slice and dice the new data to gain actionable insight.

To date Cogney continues to work alongside on SEO strategy, outsmarting the competition and growing traffic year over year.
